**SPOILERS**"When I first awoken, I perceived it as merely performing a function as a servant to her Grace. However, I have come to consider the information corresponding our time together among the most precious data i have on record.
I do not have the capability to understand the human spirit, Link... But now at the end of my journey with you, as I prepare to sleep within the master sword forever, I experience a feeling that i am unable to identify. I lack sufficient data to be sure of my conclusion, but i think this feeling correlates close to what you humans call...
Happiness...
Our partnership is meeting to an end, and even as we speak, i feel my consciousness fading away. Before I enter the sleep that calls me to the sword, I wish to relay to you the words that i have recorded many times over the course of our journey. Many has said them to you thus far, but now i wish to say them for myself...

Definitely best with the original audio. This moment was incredibly emotional for me too. I don't feel that Skyward Sword handled Fi's development well, because I felt like this scene came out of nowhere, but the scene itself... jesus. @_@

As sad as the ending was, it was nice to see that, even though she was asleep, that she'd been with the various descendants of her old master the moment the Master Sword was pulled out of the pedestal at the Temple of Time in OoT, the Sacred Grove in TP, and the Lost Woods in AlttP.
Although it does add more bitterness to the flavor Wind Waker already presents in terms of the companionship Fi has.

She's so automaton. It's funny to experience "robotic behavior" in a Legend of Zelda game.
I've haven't played Skyward Sword just yet. Probably never will.
