If you study about anatomy proportion, her boobs are too proportionally too big. No way girls (who have Ahri's body proportion) have those big boobs without having plastic surgery.

Do you have some sources to cite or are just relying on a hunch? Because I've known some people in my life that have had them that big, granted not as thin as Ahri. If there's where your argument is coming from you could have something, though the people in question were not overweight.

It may be your perspective, or just an error based on the artist (art isn't supposed to be entirely accurate, more as a representation), but to say women in the real world can't have natural breasts that large is inaccurate 

She's also not purely human and pretty much fucks for a living. That could have something to do with it as well.
