Description
This is a commission for Imotron in a trade for a toy.He wanted to show Gobots and Transformers together so choose the two "cool guys" from each team to fight side by side.
I really prefer the toy's head for Turbo, but as Imotron wanted to stay true to the TV show, I tried to find a way to redesign it in a more "realistic" (at least less "clowny" and cartonny) way.
Actually, this gave me other ideas so it may be the first of a serie

GREAT work, dude! Love the coloring and attention to detail! I admit I have a love/hate relationship with Go Bots being so cool yet so poorly executed, regarding both toys and TV show (there were Transformers toy that were equally simplistic and sometimes the show's a pain to watch). That is why I like people like you that give these dudes some loving and slagging cool redesigns!

Well, I won't agreed on the "poorly executed". For the price you paid, Gobots toys were far more consistent then their TF counterparts. The vehicule could mix well with Hotwheels and the like.
Sure, they were simple sometimes. But it's not a a problem for me. Simple can be good.
And thanks for the compliment. I like giving them details and stimulate imagination over them.

This brilliant! Drawings should also do the other, not making the Gobots against transformers should make them work together as a team I like both series, but when much to discriminate Transfans Gobots, I get angry Something like this [link]
