You know, if you actually took the time to draw the gun instead, maybe you could bypass the copyright law, as the artwork itself maybe copyrighted, but the idea cannot be copyrighted. But because you didn't right the lyrics, or make the picture, the use of submission to deviantart was in my opinion pointless.
