I know but whenever I draw humans I'm like "OMG THIS ACTUALLY LOOKS PRETTY GOOD" then I compare it to stuff like this and I'm like "mine looks like something a 3 year old drew oh my god".
but my question is, did you start out this amazing? o: or did you learn from somewhere? take classes? i mean, did you start out naturally good at art?

I don't ever try to compare my work with someone who is experienced, it's good to take influence from someone who is experienced yes, but don't compare your work, then you feel, like you said "like something a 3 year old drew"! Be very patient and practice a lot, practice drawing real objects and people rather than from photos. And no, no one starts out to be amazing at drawing, its all about building up your strengths, mixed with what you like doing.. and also moving out of your comfort zone is a great way to improve. No one can teach you to draw, its about observation, I have been on life drawing classes as part of courses I've been on, now I'm studying a degree! Teachers can help you with techniques and expand your medium but no one can teach you to draw!
Hope this helps and sorry for the essay. Thanks again for the nice comments!
