I imagine this is how raiders and villains describe Blackjack when they manage to escape to the nearest non-Blackjack inhabited bar.Rules of Apocalyptia, I guess.

Oddly enough, I often wonder if full cyberponies other than Deus or Blackjack could survive in the Wastelands...maybe I'll make a fic with a Cyberpony as the main character's friend. Still, gotta say I love the detail on this, even the 'fingers' look awesome.

I guess I've abandoned P:H before she acquired it. Last thing I remember she had cybernetic eyes only.

It's an artistic license I threw in for shits and giggles.  Given the route she was going in the story with the cyber prosthetics, robot guts, and half her brain being a computer (I think) she's really only one part away from being MGR:R Raiden (media.psu.com/media/articles/i⦠, which is this is drawn as being a reference too. It's a sort of visual joke on her state of being, and some of the over-the-top action sequences Somber has been writing in the later half (though, I just got done with part 3 and I should work on moving onto part 4 if I want to be truly up-to-date).

That's why I didn't get the reference: I'm totally unaware of Metal Gear universe.
Yet still, this red shield thingy looks really confusing. I did not even perceive it as a face mask or whatever.
