There are some really great uses of color in this picture. I see the candlewax, but what other mediums were used?

apart from candle wax, i mostly use acylics and a couple of layers of them

I love clowns. This is cool, I like the colors (I hate saying that, but I do) and all the splatters and splotches. It's abstract but the subject matter is still clearly recognizable.

why thank you, the splotches are mostly candle wax by the way, scented ones too, so it smells good too
