This is so beautiful! I love his wild, curly hair and his costume! And he looks genuinely concerned that Alice is late for tea.
Also, I hate to be a grammar snob, but the "your" should be "you're."

Yeah, usually he knows how to balance it a bit better though. The hatter should be someone we care about, but he just made him so alien and weird. Ahh, anyway, that whole movie I didn't really like, the Hatter is really not that bad compared.
