This is my OC pony. You probably figured that out though.

His name is Bluestreak "Black Lightning" Flash. His cutie mark is a dark cloud with a forked black lightning strike.

Name: Bluestreak "Black Lightning" Flash

Description: Dark blue coat with an short and unkempt brown mane and tail. His cutie mark is a dark storm cloud with a black forked lightning strike, hence the nickname "Black Lightning"

Personality: He is somewhat of an enigma, if only because his personality conflicts with itself. He can be bold and brash one minute, and then shy and demure the next. However, he is very brave and does not find personal pain something to fear. He is quite loyal in that he will put himself in harms way to protect his friends. He is also quite kind, and generally is never looking for a fight. However, he is very insecure with developing relationships and meeting new ponies and avoids it if possible, even if the pony is someone he would like to get to know. He will lie if he is afraid that the truth will make others think poorly of him, and is a fairly good liar. On the exterior, he presents himself as an aloof, fun loving guy, which he generally is, but if there is something bothering him, he usually won't share it with anyone, except occasionally his closest friends. He yearns to find a relationship where he can express his true feelings, but is afraid to seek such a relationship. He is usually quite lazy, but if he sets himself a goal he will work at it until accomplishing that goal.

Backstory: He grew up in Cloudsdale, and is old friends with Rainbow Dash. They are still good friends, even if they don't see each other as often as they used too, though he does find time to visit Ponyville every once in a while. Rainbow Dash and him once were a stunt flying pair in flight school, and is a skilled enough flier to have Dash's respect, and Bluestreak also dreams of being a Wonderbolt. He also knew and is friends with Fluttershy, and they get along quite well. However, he is more reserved around Fluttershy, who he is rather infatuated with. That's all well and good, but deep down, he also has feelings for Rainbow Dash, even if consciously he is more focused on Fluttershy. He ultimately would be happy in a relationship with either of the two pegasi, though.

Affiliation: Torn between Fluttershy and Rainbow Dash.

Fighting Style: He is fast and agile, and fights using the element of surprise to his advantage. Ninjitsu is also a hobby of his, and he is quite skilled in it. His weapon of choice is a Katana.
