another portrait with a solid-coloured oval background! very different person this time, though (and there's more to this drawing, but it's really just skirt).

this is philomena, my fallen london player character. she is exactly what the title says. she's pictured here without william the grubby urchin, but he'll show up soon enough, i'm sure.

some things about philomena:
-used to be a governess on the surface. she got bored.
-she's not very emotional. never raises her voice. she can smile, sure, but they're not nice smiles.
-sticks to her own moral code. ignores actual laws when convenient.
-her nightmares is pretty much always at least at 5, right now it's at 8 and the only thing keeping her out of the royal beth is lucie the goldfish. gotta love goldfish.
-speaking of lucie the goldfish, also sharing her place of residence are winnifred the dazed raven advisor, virgil the haunted-looking dog, alan the lucky weasel, cordelia the subtle mole, and, of course, william the grubby urchin.
-has robbed the brass embassy. i am inordinately proud of myself for this.
