The power of awesome compells me to draw Xelloss. ( )Somehow Valgaav stole the spotlight... but not really.
Characters belong to... Val's an anime only character, so Hajime Kanzaka and others. GO WATCH SLAYERS NEXT. And TRY.
Val is a unicorn! Xel is a cone!
Well, literally.Dammit I'm used to calling Valken, Val. I'm not mixing the name up, I swear. Valgaav is nothing like Valken.

I have not seen Slayers fanart in a long while. Very nice! Great job on Xelloss. He's always given me trouble to draw; his design looks deceptively simple, but when it comes to actually drawing him, heh, not so much. Unless of course one opts for astral/cone-form Xelloss. XD
Now I'm feeling like I need to rewatch Slayers!

I want to watch Slayers Return or Slayers Gorgeous, but I don't know where I can get free access to that. >>; I have seen almost everything Slayers-related.

Cones and unicorns?! Really?! XD I don't really know anything about Valgaav, but it'd be funny if he was a unicorn.. With a long flowy mane and pink glowyness and a shiny horn. Yay.
I like the contrast with Xeloss having lighter more transparent-y colors and Valgaav with the darker. The expressions are really nice toooooo. C:

Well, Xelloss is a mazoku, and his true form is a giant black cone. But he's practically a shapeshifter so you never see that form. And he can break into multiple little cones too.
Valgaav is part ryuzoku/mazoku, so he's messed up as the bloods are opposite to each other. The horn on his head came from being reborn mazoku thanks to Gaav. So Gaav is added at the end of his name.

Ah, I get it now. Even though I knew Xelloss wasn't human I never imagined his true form would be.. A geometrical shape. At least its original? XD; Whenever I hear "cone" I think of ice cream.. Hmm.. Ice cream is good.
