This took way to long cause my brain decided to start several big things at once... But at least it's here now! I can't tell you what's going on, it just exists. The sketchy headshot is meant to show off their hair normally.

Actually, let me.. here's what I got, I think this guy has Electricity powers of a kind. Which causes them to glow when emotionally charged-ha.-, and their tears follow in a similar manner, either taking or giving energy depending on the circumstances.
