If magic is fire, then quoting BlackGryph0n, "All I have to do to be magic is set my hair on fire"!

First off, it's a definite improvement in most areas especially from a remake perspective. However, agreeing with Krieger, the facial structure is a little off-putting. I'm not sure if it's the jawline or the curvature of the snout but something seems off.
As a separate note, what is happening with her hair that is causing it to centralize around being blown from the back of her left eye? It's not bad (in fact, I think it looks neat) but it just drew my attention that it isn't laying in a "localized" area of natural hair. (Wow that's wordy; I hope you understand and I'm not making a jerk of myself)

Her face looks ok to me, but I guess it could be better.Β
As for her hair... the idea was that she is turning her head while backing away or something like that and with that motion in mind I just marked which parts of her mane would flow in which direction... and then I turned off the sketch because it was getting in the way... in other words, I have no idea what's going n there either <_<Β

Nnnnng....
It's better, specially the hair. I also like better this way of making the horn.
The facial structure, though...

The snout curves upwards. When you open your mouth, the jaw goes down, but the rest of the head remains on the same place.
Andtually, she's not even opening her mouth, she's just retracting her lips.
