A dark, rogueish character belonging to *xiaocaca This was a little different from my usual style, but rather fun to do! Though it was freezing here and I had to huddle so close to my lamp that I was almost hugging it. XD Cold fingers do not a happy artist make.Graphite, mechanical pencil 0.5, smudge stick.

You know, I read a book few weeks ago about a mysterious guy who was fighting with hooligans and actually he was one of them... and since i finished I have been looking for some paitings or something what might shown a person looking like the main character. And I've just found it.
It is perfect.

Nice! You're very good with pencil (as well as any other medium, of course). My old teacher always nagged me about mechanical pencils, saying he should ban them because the paper was screaming in pain from the pressure.

The nose looks wrong, the character is facing down yet the nose looks like its facing directly to the camera. Might be the nostrils, because if hes looking at that angle, you should be able to see them unless he has pig nose.

Oooh...what a handsome fellow. XD I love his expression and the way he has that kind of smirky twist to his lips. I love that subtle bit of shine on the right side of his bangs (the bit that's pushed back out of his face)...^_^
If I tried to do pencil work that dark, it would be smudged from here to kingdom come....
