I know the scene was "supposed" to be sad but I somehow laughed, It was too much of a stupid scene (when I mean stupid, I mean the fact that they made two kittens die with their mother like what the heck???) for me to cry

How did you come up with the dark one's color? I noticed it's not solid black which is unique, and how nice that her sister has dark gray ears.

Years ago during silk screening class, my teacher advised us to avoid solid black because it's too hard and unnatural for most things. About a year or 2 ago, I also started avoiding solid black and white in my drawings (for the most part, other than eyebrows, eyes, etc...), for one because of what my teacher had said, but also for better visibility. I mean, it's hard to see the "black" kitten's face as it is, and solid black and white on computer screens can also produce a glare that makes it difficult to look.
