A strange UFO swung in close to Earth's orbit today, buzzing a Chinese satellite before retreating into deep space. The satellite fell to Earth immediately afterward, crash-landing in Sapporo, Japan. A Guilala spore was apparently deposited on the satellite, as a second Guilala was seen rampaging through the area immediately afterward.

Studies taken of the deep yellow flying saucer, which briefly came into orbit once again before departing, have come to an unnerving conclusion: the saucer is actually a living being, the "adult" form of the Guilala organism. After absorbing enough energy, the Guilala would presumably undergo some form of metamorphosis to transform into a space-faring being, feeding off of the energies of stars. The "larva" Guilala, as a species that feeds off of pure energy, apparently specialize in feeding from advanced societies that are dependent on high-energy power sources.

Reality Check: this is the saucer from "The X From Outer Space". I do not own the rights, etc, etc...
