Perhaps the reason why Meg is the witch is because her voice actor was the witch in Disney's Oz The Great And Powerful.

Meg is missing from this line up, she'd be the wicked witch of the west, Stewie should be Dorothy, (cos of his love of dressing as a girl), Peter should be the scarecrow be he has no brain, lois should be good witch of the north, Chris should be the lion due the wimp he is!, oz himself would be played by Tom Tucker, all the children of Quahog (aged between 3 & 6) they can be munchkins, andΒ Mayor Adam West be head farmer at that ranch in Dots home in Kansas.
