"Dark Side of Her Majesty' by Demons and Wizards lyrics suits corrupted Cynder VERY well. I also love the later part with the verse "Ye shall fall" as one can imagine how this black dragon would impose such venom-laced fated words upon her adversaries just before the death blow!

Actually...it's too cool. I am going to steal "Ye shall fall" for a heavy dramatic moment in this fanfic. 😆

Fun fact: Cynder discovers the skeleton apes that permeates the Well of Souls are weak to venom, and hence her maw is dripping with it here.

I have a a cool skeleton ape Dragon-slayer antagonist concept coming up... as well as the child dragon that personifies Cynder's innocent self in this story. The later being somewhat hard to workshop but I'm starting to find it.

Also, I'm going to do a technique with the blue/navy - gold color scheme. As the story progresses the gold/yellow will gain more prominence as the story comes to a close and eventually enveloping the entire story in a golden glow. Can imagine movies sometimes would do this technique, but I can't think of any off the top of my head. It should have a good subtle dramatic effect.
