Yeah, since third grade when I found some "extinct animal flash cards" in my classroom.
I called them tiger puppies at that point, but whatever. The illustration was cartoon style, and more of a striped doberman build.

that's excellent, especially considering you drew it all from memory. Even though thylacines have some convergent features with placental canines i think a lot of thylacine art actually makes them look TOO doglike, as if the artist just drew a wolf or fox and stuck some stripes on it. this really captures the uniqueness of the thylacine's appearence.
