wonder why it looks like Angela is singing and Devin isn't? that's cuz he's a vocaloid without a voice
the number 13 is an unlucky number, and for some reason all the 13[-] vocaloids are all failures when they are made and are disposed of! D:
but Angela promised them she'd teach him how to sing so they wouldn't have to keel him<3

i was debating on making his number 666...but it was in the middle of the night when i was drawing these two... and i was afraid something would come after me for writing it down T____T
