Description This drawing is the first of many where I feel like I'm breaking free of myself... drawing almost makes me feel like I'm flying.

No, I'm not on drugs of any kind : ) ... I have had quite a bit of caffeine though, which may play a part.

Frodo Baggins, in The Return of the King (Lord of the Rings), when he's stuck in Shelobs lair and falls down, and looks up at Galadrielle, where she gives him a helping hand up.

I was trying to create a mood that depicted desperation, sadness, and a smidgen of hope.

Thank you! There is web around his face, and tears. I should have made the tears a slightly different colour, more blue or something. Ah well : ) next time!
