Jirou from My hero Academia! She's a great character and I've been wanting to draw many of the characters from that anime for a little bit now. This portrait took me a while, due to my lack of knowledge with the fundamentals, though I persisted on and learnt a fair bit, and got some good pointers from some people in terms of where I was going wrong to begin with.

The eyes could definitely be better, and I while I decided to make the hair the way I did, I don't really like how I did the fringe of the hair, so when I redraw her when I'm a bit better... I'm going to look for another way to go about things.
But I am pretty happy with how the jacket turned out, considering I haven't done many actual jackets for my drawings, so despite that I think it turned out quite well.
I'm going to be spending a lot of time doing studies so I can get better at drawing people/characters... So I'll be posting those, some time in between those, I'll draw Urarka from MHA, since I really like her as a character too.
