It's Starfire from TeenTitans! (tv version) (NOT FINISHED) I guess it's an older version of her with a new look. (actually, I messed up a little and tried to cover it up, and that's why she looks different. hehe xp) I'm going to re-draw her anyways. =/Related content

its really good. i dont know what it is but she has a more mature look than the one on the series. try doing raven next. see if you can increase the creepyness factor.
