So the King of Spades would be a necromancer?
Hearts and Diamonds are tougher to find a non-stereotyped interpretation... I suppose Diamonds could be a jester, in diamond-patterned fools' outfit, carrying a baseball bat? Maybe with gem diamonds on the points of the outfit instead of jingle bells.
