No way to take anything but a hackneyed photo of the Treasury. It was glorious, spectacular, wonderful, awe-inspiring...words fail utterly to describe the experience of actually being there.Oh, and hot. Very hot.

Yes, this would be the place. They filmed the facades in the Indiana Jones movie (Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade) but not the interiors, which was all set work in studios. I haven't seen the new Transformers movie, so I didn't realize it was in that.

They have winter, of a sort, but down near Petra it doesn't get nearly as chilly as it does up near Amman. They have been known to have snow further north, you know.
