I swear Yes. Goniec looks a bit too tall. Let's just pretend he's standing somewhere higher than the others whoops

Relief. Happiness. Pride. Those were the emotions Ace felt when Amazona reached the finish line. He didn't know how many other groups had been ahead of him, so he was unaware of their placing. But he didn't even care that much. He was just overall happy that they had finished the race without any accident.
Amazona shook her head and when Ace hugged her neck tightly, she actually didn't bitch around for once. On the contrary. The first thing she did was neighing and then trotting towards her beloved Goniec. The little stallion greeted her with a soft snort and Ace smiled at the sight of those two love birds. He let himself slide out of the saddle and pulled Viv, who had been standing next to Goniec, in for a hug. As he felt her heart beat against his chest, he suddenly felt his happiness becoming even intenser. "We did it", he stated the obvious and he could hear Viv laugh. "We not only did it...", Adriana suddenly spoke up behind them. "We even placed. We came in third!" Ace froze. Then he spun around, looking at his dear friend in disbelief. As he saw the joy in her face he knew she wasn't joking. His expression changed and a cheeky smile appeared on his lips.
"Told you we are awesome. Can't believe you doubted that." He then laughed and for the first time in the last few weeks his laughter was only filled with joy.
