Description
Out of pure bordem today, and because I was kicked out of my room, I doodled (if you could call this a doodle) up a picture.
I was gonna name this guy but I decided against it. .>.< For some reason the name Serpenthor kept popping up in my mind. Where have I heard that before?
Anyways... I did the whole thing in pencil first then went over the darker parst with pen. *looks* I think it helped.... a little.

By all means, yes the ink did help, variation and contrast is always a welcomed thing to any picture. You know your color and line dynamics well, I do commend you for this. I enjoy that he has multiple wings instead of just a flimsy one pair to sustain him (I'm not a big supported of dragon's using "magic" to fly, myself)
I admit, I think this is one of the few dragons that could get away with having a short pair of barbels (those mustache thingies that the eastern dragons usually have) I like hime :3

I really, really hate it when I'll see awsomeistic works of art posted in my message centre and then the description box says it was just "a classroom doodle." A) Take a harder class if you're that bored xD and B) Stop being so dag-gum good!
I'm not trying to insult you here. Take the above tongue in cheek, the rest seriously. I like how the scale textures really came out and his head's really detailed as well. Nice attention to the wings as well
