First of all I have to said that I am impressed of the great focus the image have. The depth of field allowed to see all the insect's details, specially the hairs, and the water drop on the eyes breaks the classic insect portrait photo. The balance of light is perfect because It doesn't have any over exposed parts from the flash and that's hard to do sometimes. The colours are balanced.
When I see this image I can't help to ask myself what the fly was thinking when you took it. Is amazing that you caught the moment that looks like the insect is looking straight at the camera. Great work.
