Mmm, Friesian...
This is part of a project I'm starting. I wanna make an "A-Z Horse book" (cheesy, yes, be quiet
) Just 23 more to go!! And-OMG! Is that a background?? Why yes it is!! S-chan actually made a BACKGROUND!!
...Not sure just *what* that bush-tree-thing is supposed to be.... It's just a bush-tree-thing.
You know what's ironic? The fact that I hate drawing mainly black things (my blacks and greys are dying) and yet 3 out of the last 4 equines I've drawn are black. Ah well.

amazing work, but as a fan of friesians i have a few eensy critiques *sorry*
1) the mane and tail isnt as wavy as some typical friesians manes and tails are, its a bit too straight
2)the head is a little too skinny and small for friesians, they tend to have large, regal and strong faces and heads.
other than those things this is an amazing piece of work ^^

That is seriously awesome. I love Friesians and you've captured the grace and beauty of them.
By the way, there's a Friesian colt at my stable. Zarek. The cutest thing ever. And I got to ride his mom (Kaaren) once. Best time ever!!

Well, I can't do that -- I'm not an artist by any means, so, I'll continue.
This piece is wonderful, and by now I'm sure you're thinking, "Well, I have 5 pages of that, get to the point." I don't blame you.
I would love to see other pieces like this from you -- especially if you finished the idea of the book! I'd have to purchase it...somehow...
