Description
It's a chibi-Echo. It's an Echo chibi. It's an Echibi... .Woot, so another one marked off the 10 free chibi's list. I think this is 8/10 - so only two left to go. As this one of course belongs to the giant, dancing, jelly-bean =Kraden .
This is a true story... okay... it isn't, I made that up.
But I could totally see this happening.
I tried a very different colouring thing here; basically I wanted to try and make my digital colouring look like traditional marker colouring. And while it isn't perfect, I enjoyed the results my experiment returned.

The trick is to use a dark color as the backing color on the character.
Get a brush and add some noise to it in the brush properties.
Turn down the flow to about 30% and the Opacity to around 60%. Airbrush on.
That way when you lay down the they blend with the lower color.
Also you can try painting with 'overlay' on the brush properties. That way it will layer up brighter as you paint.
