Just downloaded what I thought was free (LOL stupid me) but is obviously the trial of paint tool sai. Tried it out and I am so impressed. I mean 60 bucks?But anyways 2o min sketch, and in a bumpy car seeing as im traveling across the US currently, so forgive I know I've only disappointed you all with nothing but quickies and WIPs for like 9 deviations now...

I've been playing way too much Deus Ex so please don't get mad at me for the first thought to enter my brain to be "Whoa, that looks Deus Ex-Like".
And don't worry about the WIPs too much, this looks awesome, especially as a thumbnail/avatar.

It's hard to express in words. Basically a very decent futurist RPG with steampunk inspiration. Pretty solid gameplay and an immersive story (though I guess this depends on the player as well).
You will be better off looking up gameplay videos on youtube.
