RULES:
》All gachas include Common - Legendary Traits with 2 traits of UR or higher guaranteed.
》You may only claim 2 gacha slots per person.
》You may claim slots for other people even if you claim 2 for yourself. However, if someone has claimed 2 slots already, you may not claim them a third one.
》This is a gacha, it is a completely random design. That being said, you may include traits you definitely do not want (ie. "I would prefer if my gacha was not a Cyclops")
》Payment must be sent within 24hrs of claiming unless otherwise discussed PRIOR to your claim. Failure to do this will void your claim.
》Gacha designs will all be revealed/delivered at the same time. Please allow until May 29th at the latest for the designs to be completed. (Though hopefully they all should be done before that.)

~PRICES~
Starfish Gacha: This Gacha type is for FTOs (people who do not own a Nefereel or a Nef MYO ticket) only. There are 10 Starfish slots and they are free. Each slot accounts for max of 2 claims per FTO.

Kraken Gacha: These are $10 or $1000 points!

This means you cannot make your own without permission.

By purchasing a Nefereel Character, you are agreeing to my TOS:
TERMS OF SERVICE (TOS)RESELLING/TRADING 1) Designs may be resold for the price you paid + commissioned art. Your own artwork can not be included in resale prices. 2) Designs may be traded for other designs and/or goods. 3) Designs may be gifted to other users. 4) Once you re-sell/trade/gift the design, it is no longer yours. 5) Designs may be vouched for a maximum price of sale value + additional art. Please contact me if you are unsure of these values as a seller or a buyer. DO NOT: 1) Charge extra money for art gifted to you. 2) Ask people to "offer" with no mention of actual value. Please have a solid price, even when asking for vouchers. Note: A voucher is paying for an item/service (ex: another adopt, irl goods, or artwork) in exchange for the adopt. It is NOT sending money directly to the person giving you the adopt.CO-OWNINGCo-owning designs are allowed. However, in the circumstances of a falling out between you and the person you are co-owning with, the adopt will belong to the person who originally paid. After being sold, I am in no way responsible for sorting out ownership issues between co-owners.RECOLORING/EDITING 1) All edits to my closed species, regardless of the designer, need to be shown to me for approval before being used legitimately. Please do so by sending a note to @Neferos-Lagoon and be sure to include the original file from the masterlist (@Neferos-Chronicles) for comparison. 2) All edits on top of my artwork are fine, but for ALL of my designs (not just CS) are required to have an original unedited file, and owners are required to show me the edits they did to my work. 3) Edits on my closed species designs must CLOSELY resemble the original design. While colours and markings can be tweaked, you will be asked to adjust it if there is not enough resemblance. DO NOT: 1) Take payment to edit on top of my artwork, or pay others to edit on my artwork. Please make/get new art if money for edits is involvedREMOVING CLOSED SPECIES DESIGNS In an event in which you would like to remove your Nefereel from the species, please note the group. Any MYO designs may be removed without much issue and edited into any species/non-species as you wish for commercial or non-commercial use. However, official designs made by Admins and Mods can only be removed from the species for non-commercial use. Additionally, please keep in mind that any Nefereel designs made by a mod or admin can not be removed and edited into another Closed Species. COMMERCIAL RIGHTS 1) You are not allowed to use our art of the design for profit in any way. 2) You are allowed to include any Non-Closed Species designs in games/comics/videos and other mass media consumed materials for commercial use. 3) You may make charms/shirts/prints/business cards/postcards featuring the character you have purchased, and the art is your own art or art you have purchased from another user with explicit permission from them to use their art.
4) You may use designs you own from my Closed Species only in free games, comics, videos. You may not use my closed species in anything that you make profit off of.

RE-POSTING
You may repost artwork/design you've received to display them as yours, however you are required to downsize/watermark it for completely public display. My un-watermarked images are given to people so they may see their things clearly or provide them in private for commission references, but should not be posted in the open for the sake of the protection of the art.

If posting on sites outside of DA please provide credits as such:

Purchasing from me means you have read, and will abide by these rules. These rules are made to maintain a sense of respect between my buyers and myself. If these rules are broken repeatedly, I will ban and/or blacklist you depending on the severity of the disrespect. All sales of completed work (via batches of adopts) are final and non-refundable.
