(---"The Urbanus Staves are a set of mechanical devices that manipulate a sort of a primordial “natural energy” that exists within urban environments. The most interesting part is how it’s mentioned that there’s different types of devices that manipulate this energy in various different ways. These take the form of manipulating aspects of the environment such as the following: Carpentry, Concrete, Glass, Masonry, Mirror, Napalm, Neon, Paint, Paper, Plants, Water, Shadow, Smoke, Steam, Steel, Strays, Street, Tar, Vermin, Video & Wires, with each staff controlling one of these aspects.

This specific staff is custom made for a God of Corruption from a Composite Universe, a universe that is actually an amalgam of multiple universes in a similar way to the landmasses in The Super Sargasso Sea. This specific staff has been manufactured to not only generate a violet-colored form of Napalm and control it, but also have a security measure implemented where those who aren't The God of Corruption or whoever the god wants to hold it, the handle will erupt into a burst of violet flames to severely burn the being's hands."---)

Remember the previous Urbanus Staff that belonged to WOLFBLADE111 ? Well here's another one for one of his friends, Jack-Dev99 , and his own OC, Vice. Like Wolf, Jack here has created his own Crossover-verse with his OC being one of the top dogs of this universe. And like Wolf, Jack also likes to use 3D models along with writing plenty of worldbuilding material for his setting.

And like the previous staff, This specific staff and it's functions belong to Jack.
