I am so happy now,yet it is my world that was caving in.
I have what I need
when I’ve lost almost it all.
My past left scars
but you took me anyway.
You must have known
I needed you- now.
Riding on an angels breath
we ignore the future still.
You brought me something
I will never forget.
Now I hope all is the same
when you think of me.
You’ve never seen me cry,
I’m sure you’d wipe the tears away.
My only question now is
to God you see.
