Alicia Pris is crushing the jail's walls with her Mecha Lefuneste mark II in order to rescue her young sister Flare.
At the same moment Stair is leading the Black Cats Army in order to save her two sisters, jailed at Prairie, but she doesn't know that Alicia and Flare are still evading!!

I get what you're saying, but my main problem with "Tail Concerto" has more to do with how TERRIBLE the graphics and mechanics are in-game, even for something for first-gen playstation. Those make any "cutseyness", as well as entertainment value, null in my opinion. Of course, the cuteness itself is only a problem when one takes into account the themes presented by the story itself (speciesism and child soldiers for one thing), but it's still minor compared to just how poorly the game is rendered.
