In Japan there are SO many shops for decoras.Example in Harajuku(where i took this pic) are many shops which are selling those kind of skirts.I`ve dressed up like decora once and that time i bought childrens skirts from H&M xD

Haha~~ well there is a lot of wannabes here but i can pick them out by just looking their age and how they wear that kind of outfit.If the style is well planed and not just buy some ribbon from the first market you see and if your`re 12-15 years old and scream all over the town that "omg i love japan kawaii" its instantly wannabeish(is that even a word<-- xD).But if you bring out your well planed outfit well i think you should coz everyone should dress up what they want no matter others say.Sorry for my lecture and sorry for my bad english also :-D
