Thanks! It was taken by my phone's camera, since that's my only way to transport my traditional art to the computer. Because of that, the picture is a lot pixulated than it actually is. And it's not really a secret Just lots of practice, and a few tutorials of drawing here and there, but most importantly, imagination.By the way, this is a little tip, but some people draw a lot better when listening to music. It creates emotion which then goes into your drawing. I do it all the time. Wow, this is a long reply lol

no, your reply is fine, you gave some good advice on drawing strategies, i shall try what you suggested i happen to listen to music when writing a story as it gives an influence of imagination... but i haven't tried that with drawing, so maybe lol

the problem is... the thing i want to draw are really complex, maybe towns in the night with eerie looking trees, enormous beasts and stuff like that, it would take forever

That's the thing. You first have to start off small. Begin with just drawing like two eerie looking trees in one page. Or make a basic creature. Once you get more confident in your drawings, you can start making them more complex.

Anytime. So what kind of art style do you do. Traditional or digital?

traditional style art, digital isn't my thing really, i'd rather draw on a piece of paper with a pencil

I rather draw with a pencil too but I have no way to transport my art except with my sucky phone camera.

So that's why I go with digital art. Its really hard drawing the lines on a computer than on a paper.

i agree since the mouse or other forms can alter straight lines, most of my art comes from writing, making this site a perfect place to upload
