Description Six of nine himi babies from a petstore rat that was preggers when we brought her home. we found all of them good homes, keeping only one of the daughters and her mom.

himilayan babies are born white and do not develop their brown points until they are about four or five weeks old.

i once bought a preggers rat, i thought she was too young to have possibly been pragnant, plus i was told the rat she was kept with at the pet store was a female too...but she got really fat, then had 11 babies!!!! they were all so gorgeous!

I really, really love this pic I'm a sucker for himis, but they never have NICE points like good siamese which is a shame! Himis are really rare on the W. coast, but I hear they are often in petstores there on the E. coast!

well still cute. ^^ i like rats. id have one but my mom hates them. she likes the mouse that i bring home for vacations sometimes though

that is actually quite a shame. but i never try to force my rats on anyone with a true phobia of them.

well, at least you have the rest of your adult life, when living on your own, to own whatever animals you wish.
