This is my part of an art trade I'm having with CartoonLovingFeline who wanted his Tiny Toon Adventures OC, Rachel Raccoon, and my OC, Zelda Blackkat, becoming friends. Seems a bit odd since Rachel is the Rubella Rat to Zelda's Babs Bunny, but maybe it would become the start of a new found union between Acme Looniversity and Perfecto Prep.Hope you like it.
