To download and use this mascot, you have to download Otaku Mascot first: [link]It's a small program though, so don't worry about download speed and size.

I wonder why I keep wanting to make complicated animations like this, hee. They'll probably become even crazier over time. Anyway, tell me what you think. Feedback is appreciated.

As for the mascot itself, hit 'download' in the deviation detail list thing :T If you don't know how to get the mascot to work, try browsing the Otakuworld website for solutions - I'm not exactly sure how to work the program any more, it's been a while haha. Hope I helped.

Wow this one impressed me, it's so neat seeing the twinkling effect in his eyes. That's definitely something you couldn't express in pictures.

Nah, just a twinkling effect. XD Like giving the impression that it twinkles, but it doesn't actually twinkle. I have made some other animations before though. It's fun~

Well, you download Otaku Mascot, then you right-click the icon that appears in your system tray. Click ''Help'' and you'll get a list of documents, and there should be one that tells you how to make one.

XDD Winking animations are actually quite fun to do. And I like to make things sparkly with MSPaint. 8'D
..Right click the Otaku Mascot icon in the system tray, then click ''Help''. There should then be a document that tell you how to make one. XD As for on which program you make it, I suggest MSPaint is the easiest one to handle for these kind of things.
