Hes getting too old for this job. But he still owns.took one pic of him crouching and changed the perspective, and instead of nothing in his hands i added a cig. pack. This is probably as far as im going to go on this one though. Hope you like it

guy b4 pretty much convered it. maybe add a bit more wrinkles on him, near his eyes. try not to leave such a uneven distribution of space *the top alot, the bottom none.

His fingers are way too small and thin for that hand, the pack of cigs also look awkward and 2D. I didn't know what it was before reading your description.
His shoulders are a bit on the bulky side for me but seeing how it's Snake I can believe that and I think it's alright, it's just the torso seems cut a bit too short, like you were trying to forcefully fit him onto the canvas (probably drew this at the bottom of the canvas in pchat eh?). His other arm, the left one, seems totally off. Like it's been pasted on from a different picture. Xd; It doesn't look like the armpits on that arm match the one on the upper torso. But this pose is hard for me to visualize so it'd be great if you can link the reference.
