Description
This was my half of an art trade with Seinde of SA ( ). She gave me the word 'freedom' and I was supposed to draw what it meant to me. Soooo I drew an angel setting a pet bird free. I kind of think that the concept of Angels and birds are similar, so that's why it's an angel rather then a regular person. Note the craptacular cage on the left. I feel awkward saying this, but my favorite part of this picture is the shadows and lights on the side of the window.

I used Corel Painter IX for the lineart and I colored it in Photoshop in like 5 hours, but it was spread out over like a little over a week.
