I took this shot in the neighborhood of a church and a school with religious emphasis. It shows perfectly, how the "holy" and the "banal" can blend together and how it is present in many peoples daily lives in Romania because it is seen as a basic of their culture. But unfortunately, it also seperates the different ethnies: the Protestant Saxons, the catholic Hungarians, the orthodox Romanian (a.s.o.) and stops true acceptance. (P.E. the problems of the orthodox church with the catholic church in Romania due to many reasons.)
