great diffuse autocolor like film effect ( autocolor was one of the first color imaging processes 80 years ago ) when they still had celluloid film ( highly flammable )...love your border effects and the look oo la la luscious and emotive A+A+A+A+

I completely agree on the technical parts; the perspective distortion, though, whether natural or digital, seems off to me...

maybe their is a bit of barrel or pin cushion on her left cheek bone area but the glance in the eyes and the surreal softness make up for it

I guess you are right. Perspective cropping might actually even be able to alleviate that, but I don't have the confidence to try that out without a backdrop to mark that bench, if you catch my drift...

it presents a series of what ifs..and maybe i could do this or that..i agree...but..to me this image looks like the fine ness of a paper negative archival print and older lenses had some barrel and pincushion probs hence it looks like a credible replication of a timeless style of photography ...that no one does anymore and if you've ever had the chance to work with palladium printing you would know that one is lucky to make it to age 35 and still have kidneys. Even though `s "Let go" image is not that case in terms of technical archival print methods...none the less..... i really like it..and..I think it stays the course..the way it is but that is just my opine`

As to the matter of palladium, humanity has walked such paths so many times! Did you know that benzene (also known as benzol) was once used as an after-shave lotion!? Yikes...
