I was going to pass this one over, but the background contrasts caught my eye; the left area is so different in color and texture from the upper right, that I realized you were creating a complex ensemble of effects. The gesture of the model (ahem) is also interesting--for no reason I can name, it keeps looking to me as though someone else's arms are taking hold of her head...rather than it being a self-grasping expression. The shadow details in the upper arm and hand on the right are an especially nice "catch," I feel.
