I made the colors a teensy bit brighter and made the background whiter since my scanner is a failure.
Anyways, it's Germany and Prussia. And uh, I guess it's the end of the Kingdom of Prussia and Germany is wrapping his flag around him because he will then become part of Germany and become the State of Prussia (I think.... well Chacha told me this Lawl.) OR it just became part of modern Germany (it and all the other German principalities brought together by Chancellor Otto von Bismark).
SO BASICALLY. Germany's wrapping that flag around him 'cause he'll become part of Germany. xD
I drew this all last night. BC In like 2 hours lawl. idekay.
