Like always when I scan it I'll upload it. For now bear with the quality of a webcam. x)

So anyways a little about this picture:
The name is quite ironic. They are hugging as if they are good friends [or if you are perverted >8D gay] yet they hold a weapon up to eachothers neck/chin. It represents the tension among the 2 countries. [I was thinking like Pearl Harbor you know.] The blood on the background has been cut off at the top. [Webcam fail] but the blood is not physically coming from them. It is to represent the WWII bloodshed between the 2.

Anyways they are from Hetalia.
