Description this was so much fun. i got to experiment with watercolours and acrylics, and even used some gel pens. all in all, i'm happy with how she turned out. aside from that last coat of panes grey. TURNS OUT IT GOES ON BLACK AND DRIES GRAY. which washed out a lot of details. i may go back and do a light black wash overtop, and then touch up the spots again.

after i posted up the last WIP i had planned on adding some drawings in the sand/dirt, but i realized i ran a high risk of crowding the picture, so i settled for adding in some grass and such. :3

with any luck i'll be selling this at AC next year!

This is very cool for a multiple of reasons.
One, it's Ahali like I never thought I would see her, she almost looks serene in this image and, dare I say it, cute.
Secondly, this is just friggen awesome. I really love how it turned out, the details and the colors look fantastic.

thanks! i figured even nasty, catty girls like her have some good in them somewhere. so... who knows. maybe this is after she's uh... 'settled down' a bit more, lol. thank Troy?
