This concept has been attempted many times. This is such a strong piece that I would recommend submitting it to groups so that you can gain even greater attention. I don't think many have viewed a relationship between art and war such as this before. If they have, they would look at it a different way after being astonished by this piece. I read it once and I thought "What??" And then I read it again and I was in love. The first line is what drew me in because I was interested in this relation. "Blood is replaced by paint" Amazing observation. Such a different view on artwork. "Hands become weapons." Good line, but I think the word "hands" is weakening the power of this line. Consider using a thesaurus next time The second line is most definitely the most powerful part of this piece. Very well done Remember to search for groups to submit this to. I really want you to be seen more in this community.

wow, thank you so much for your feedback and deviant love!

it was an amusing thought to me when i wrote this, because i view art to be a deadly competition, which reminded me of similar symptoms of war

even though killing is usually an act to frown upon, i see the grim act to be an act of art

i know this sounds creepy but, war is like a graceful and cruel performance, one must learn how to overwhelm their enemies and penetrate them at deep personal levels, leaving them exposed and vulnerable, which is what art itself, can do on a daily basis

i believe art to be a way of showing an artist's vulnerabilities, but its more comforting than frustrating because it makes us feel like we're all humans like we're supposed to be

wow! did i go off on some random tangent, my apologies and great gratitude for your substantial feedback

if there is any group you suggest i submit this to, i'm all ears

No problem, you asked for a critique, you got a critique

I see how you got the relation. I don't think amusing would be an appropriate word for this. War is nt amusing. Art sometimes is not either.

I see what you mean.

Graceful how? I understand, but not hte gracefullness

Yes, true.

Not random, it all has to do with the topic

Well, I am a part of many literature groups. Try :iconUnseenArtistsRus: :iconWriters'Club:

The succinct quality to this piece makes it very impressive. The imagery and visualizations are both stark and compelling. Kudos, this is pretty damn good!
