this was originally going to be an ota but I got pretty attached to him in the 9+ hours it took me to make this c': for awhile now I've had an idea for a dragon who carries around betta tanks, but recently I finally figured out how it would work! so right away I started working on him. honestly this took forever but I'm pretty happy with his design.

he's non wof but could kind of be a seawing I guess?? I don't really have a bio for him yet but he was outcast as a dragonet because he was born wingless. being without wings gave him one advantage though; he could swim really well. he feels at home in the ocean with all the sea creatures. his favorite fish are bettas though, and what he's most proud of is his harness that holds four betta tanks that he designed himself. he loves all four of his fish with all his heart and often likes to remove them from the harness and watch them swim around for hours.
